Bobby Smith manages the special projects at LK Asset Advisors. His hands-on approach to problem solving makes him the perfect tool when tackling unique property projects that require out-of-the-box thinking.

Bobby began his career in the automotive industry. He managed the ever-changing world of auto parts sales and inventory management for a number of small auto parts retailers. He was quickly promoted to Facility Maintenance Director for a larger parts company. To best serve the challenges of his position, he became a licensed plumbing and HVAC & well pump contractor. This earned him the position of Chief Engineer.

Bobby understands that the devil is in the details. He keeps a close eye on all aspects of schedule and budget. He knows what materials go into a property, where those materials are used and how much they cost.

Bobby has an Associate of Science degree in Business from Shorter College in Rome, GA.
