Jarrod began his career as a staff accountant for a Nashville accounting firm. For five years he managed the finances for a wide range of clients in the Hospitality, Healthcare, High Tech, Retail, and Commercial and Residential Real Estate Development industries.

He joined LK Asset Advisors in July of 2020. He currently manages all aspects of accounting needs for LK’s portfolio of Hotels, Senior Living Facilities, and Multifamily Properties. He is responsible for filing receivership certificates and receivership reports with courts in multiple states. He is responsible for all analysis and reporting to LK’s clientele regarding any discrepancies found with properties in receivership. He reviews potential properties as well as manages existing projects, creating reports for financial disbursement. Jarrod attended Middle Tennessee State University for business.
