Joe Brinjak joined LK Asset Advisors in 2009 as a Task Force Manager working on hotel properties in Florida, Nebraska, Iowa, and Oklahoma. He currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management and is responsible for corporate development, renovations, and operations of several properties nationwide.

Prior to joining LK Asset Advisors, Joe worked for both the United States Senate and Nebraska Unicameral Legislature.  Joe then became a top performing Spend Management Consultant at Genesis Healthcare where he worked with senior living owners and operators to streamline procurement processes, reduce operating costs, and maximize efficiencies.

Joseph has a background in multi-unit restaurant management and hospitality consulting. He studied Political Science and History at the University of Iowa as well as Interior Design at the Academy of Art in San Francisco.
