As LK’s lead in Multi-family Property Services, Susan Koch Brings decades of experience and knowledge in property management to LK Asset Advisors. She has been a part of every facet of property management, from overseeing the operations of multiple residential communities in several different states, acting as Director of Facilities & IT, managing multiple commercial properties, as well as overseeing the IT environment of the organization and teaching cyber-security awareness.   She has held positions in marketing, acquisitions and as a compliance manager auditing properties to assure sound and accurate business practices.  She has managed all property classes, from Section 8/Section 236 properties to new luxury communities and has worked in new home construction. 

Susan regularly attends continuing education classes and seminars on topics related to property management, facilities management, and project management.  She earned a certification from the National Center for Housing Management and studied Psychology and Bookkeeping at Metro Community College.
