The properties are located in the Cherry Hill, Lincoln Park and Riverview neighborhoods of Detroit, just twenty minutes north of Downtown. The current owner is currently in default on their loan and their bankruptcy case was dismissed. LK Asset Advisors was court appointed as the receiver in October of 2020 and is working to reposition and market the property for sale.
