The Harbor Heights Senior Living community in Anaheim, CA is a 73,841 square foot facility consisting of 105 units and is licensed for 199 beds. Run down and poorly managed, the property was acquired in July of 2019. After taking possession, LK began an aggressive $5,000,000 renovation of the property. The newly renovated property, combined with a new marketing campaign and a strong sales force, was able to upgrade its tenant mix. The facility is currently self-managed, and renovations were completed in late 2021.
