The Lafayette Wyndham Garden Inn will undergo a top to bottom renovation designed to turn the old airport hotel into a new and vibrant multi-family residential complex. Located just south of downtown, the new Highland Village Lafayette will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom residential floorplans. It will have a private garden pool and spa, a full fitness center, a courtyard dog park, and outdoor living and dining areas. Total investment in the newly renovated complex is estimated at over $8 Million. The new property will open in late 2022.
