Mirror Lake Village Senior Living is a premier retirement and assisted living community located just south of Seattle, WA. The facility has 24 independent living cottages, 98 independent and assisted living apartments (including studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms) and a Memory Care program consisting of 25 apartments. LK provided Asset Management and Fund Control services that included working hands-on with Mirror Lake on all loan related and property related items to ensure that the lender’s collateral position remained stable and protected.
